2006.....the chart to start all charts

HO ho....HO,
Herbie James STILL here, after one Wild and Crazy party holiday season, zoom zoom zoom....and It Has been wild....>). I can only hope that you were feeling the love that all that energy people put out there to bring us that much fun. The Clubs were packed like no other....I ended up spinning on Christmas day....and That turned out to be a Blast. Packed dance floor, lots of hands in the air. TOO MUCH FUN. Normally the release of new music at the end of the year comes in drips and drabs.....consider this your "Catch up" as I think there are Plenty of wicked tracks to bump you through the night....This chart, as most of my charts, are in no particular order...I'm sure I left out some Fiercenesses...and I Don't give out such information as to what particular mix I might be playing out of all the choices....or you too could give the "Herbicidal Treatment" and I'd have to kill you. I do my homework....you do yours....>). My sets are getting tighter and the songs are flying by faster and faster in the mix.....not quite Bad Boy Bill fast, I DO let the song play, but the overlays get longer and sometimes the breaks disappear, and who Knows what order the set will turn out on any given night....???...I start the first record and the ride starts from there. So.....Keep your Tails Waggin'....and when you see ME boppin' up in the booth ....make your way by and say High....I love when people visit....keeps things animated. Let's keep this year Sexy. This, my friend, is my first chart of the year 2006, stay with me yall.....It Will be Sexy indeed.
Love All Around.

The Herbicidal Twist

Listen Here: HerbicidalTwist.mp3
Hey Yall,

Glad to see that some of you have stuck with me through the hurricane season....as it were....the BITCHES....since Every one of them that comes our way I seem to lose lots of money and time....what with being out of work and electricity....RRRRRRRRRR....but I / we ARE survivors....and will continue to "Throw Down" regardless....>) Story goes that because of those and various factors ruling my world, that I have Just recently been able to record Anything of new lately. We won't go into the gory details of what I have to do to be IN-famous....as there are Way too many circumstances controlling my every waking moment, (Harumph).

This set, appropriately named, "The Herbicidal Twist"....came out at the beginning of my Thursday night set at the Ramrod, after I had spent the early evening digging the shelves to pull out some classic tastinesses. It turned out to be a bit of a Deep Nasty set that contains some of my Fave tracks from some of my Favorite producers/remixers, Danny Teneglia, Mike Mucci (setting the stage) and some fave artists as Depeche Mode, Esthereo, etal....in less words....I LIKE IT. I even like the pitch changes between segues. Keeps 'em guessing. So, I hope you hear something that you remember and or would like to remember.

Thanks for holding out with me....and Trust....there is Lots more to come. The next "Requested" recording project will be to record a mix of what I consider my fave and most requested songs of '05.
There are many and it should turn out to be a fun set. Hold that thought.

Hope you're all having the best of the Christmas Season....and are looking forward to a healthy and sexy 2006.....I KNOW I AM. See you in the clubs.

Love all around
Herbie
